Two very similar round houses — same design, with only some differences in trim, etc. — are located within blocks of each other in Fair Harbor, Fire Island, a couple of hours outside of New York City.
Built by Philip Henry Wetherall in 1967, Fair Harbor Fire Island for “Honey ” Louise Wetherall and their 8 children. The plans for this house were drawn on a paper napkin. This house was filled with many many happy moments!
Fantastic – thanks for the background.
I have fond memories from when my family visited yours at that house in the sixties. It felt like such a special place.
